I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Pipa. I loved being close to shops, restaurants, and all the action. The room was comfortable and had excellent air conditioning. The pool area was fantastic, and the wet bar served delicious cocktails. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with many shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. It’s also close to the beach and offers a great chance to enjoy the famous Pipa area. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh juice, fruits, and omelets cooked to order.
One of the rooms I stayed in had a rotten bathroom that was impossible to use comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect, very close to everything and just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel facilities, including the big and nice pool, were clean and well-maintained. Parking and transportation were also very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. Lastly, the breakfast had a good variety and tasted great.

The hotel had a great beachfront location and was within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. the swimming pool was well-maintained and the rooms had a kitchenette, which was convenient for cooking small meals. the staff was generally helpful and friendly.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the bedding and furniture, and the floors were not properly swept or mopped.

Great location close to everything, including the beach. The pool area is fantastic, and the gardens are well-kept and beautiful. The breakfast is varied and has delicious fresh fruits. The rooms are simple but include AC and minibar, and some have been recently refurbished, so they are nice and new.
The rooms could be cleaner, and the bathrooms need some attention. The towels provided were not very high quality, and the bathroom amenities were not always replenished. The staff is friendly but could be more attentive to guest needs.
